Whereas the 14-person Grizzly (8' wide x 11' long x 7' high) model is typically used as dedicated storm and fire protection, the larger 30-person Kodiak model (8' wide x 23' long x 7' high) will often serve dual functions such as employee safety/change rooms.  Both sizes can be customized with numerous customer specified amenities such as crew lockers, refrigerators, microwave ovens, supplemental activity lighting, work tables, benches, HVAC, exterior colors and paint schemes, thermal insulation, security systems, etc.
